Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and execute SAP ABAP developments, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, user exits, and BADIs.
· Provide technical leadership to the team's development resources, promoting best practices, code review, and knowledge sharing.
· Coordinate the developments requested or identified by other members of the Business Applications team.
· Analyze and resolve complex problems in SAP and other corporate applications, ensuring a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
· Participate in continuous improvement projects and the evolution of enterprise applications.
· Ensure technical documentation, development quality, and compliance with internal standards. • Support testing processes, transport management, and the implementation of solutions in the production environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, debugging, performance tuning, interfaces, and integrations.
• SAP functional knowledge that allows understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in coordinating development activities and in interaction with functional teams, key users, and external consultants.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and SAP HANA.
• Experience in application support and participation in SAP projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate development teams.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Minimum English level B2.
