Hygiene

Our product range provides carefully and specifically developed solutions for applications such as backsheet complex assembly, construction and core stability, elastic attachment, positioning and wetness indicator detection, among others.

Products for this industry are developed in compliance with the certifications for each application, including ISO 10993:2018, which ensures dermatological safety.

Kmelt PERFECTCARE™ and Kmelt SPRAYCARE™ adhesives for the Hygiene industry are produced in diferent formats and applied at temperatures ranging from 130 °C to 160 °C (266 °F to 320 °F).

Requirements for Hot Melts used in Hygiene applications:

  • Good cohesive strength;
  • Improved adhesion;
  • Light colour;
  • Very faint odor.

Medical

Our adhesives are used in the production of absorbent products used by healthcare professionals during their activity such as surgical sheets and adhesive wound dressings.
