Colquimica Adhesives is proud to announce its active participation in the Target Gender Equality Accelerator program, reinforcing a strong commitment to setting corporate targets for women's representation, equal pay, and leadership in business. This initiative presents an invaluable opportunity to deepen the implementation of the Women’s Empowerment Principles and strengthen the contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Target Gender Equality Accelerator program is part of the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative promoting responsible business practices. It encourages organizations to align their strategies with ten principles focused on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, driving progress towards gender equality.

Participation in the Target Gender Equality Program will enable us to leverage best practices, collaborate with like-minded organizations, and contribute meaningfully to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.”
Leading this initiative internally are Ana Romualdo and Fábio Silva from our Human Resources Corporate team. They will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy aimed at promoting gender equality. This will include a wide range of actions and collaborations essential to the success of this initiative, such as training and awareness, inclusive recruitment, career advancement, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
